REFLECTIONS ON THE DOCTORATE OF THERESE

As we remember, in the late 1990’s, the idea of Thérèse as Doctor of the Church led people to remember her not just for her example but also for her teaching, of her little way of confidence in God’s merciful love, of her message that we can become saints by doing ordinary things with extraordinary love, or however they chose to express it.
